Urban Eat warms up to vegans with five new food-to-go sandwiches

UBRAN Eat has launched new vegetarian and vegan options in its sandwiches and wraps range.

Available from August with an RRP of £2.79, the new food-to-go options are ‘Pickle Me Up Sandwich’, ‘Avo-Lafel Sandwich’, 'Pesto Presto', ‘Dirty Jack Wrap’, and ‘Hot Mozza Bella Panini’.

Isla Owen, senior marketing manager at Adelie Foods, said that vegan and vegetarian options are becoming more important for Urban Eat consumer demand increases.

She added: “Meat-free diets are becoming more common, with approximately 12% of the population now following this type of diet.”
