Treasury Wine Estates is returning its ‘sunshine’ campaign for its Lindeman’s brand this summer.
The campaign launches with a competition for independent retailers from July 1, which will run for two months. Retailers can win £1,000-worth of flight vouchers by taking a picture of their fixture, including Lindeman’s ‘enjoy this evening’ PoS and email it to the brand.
Two runners up will also win a case of Lindeman’s Bin 65 Chardonnay and Bin 50 Shiraz.
Shaun Heyes, impulse business sector controller at Treasury Wine Estates, said 89% of consumers in convenience stores buy wine to drink the same day, which is why the ‘Enjoy this evening’ PoS works well within the channel.
“This presents a huge opportunity for retailers to grow sales by ensuring they have the right range on the fixture, at the right price point, as well as a chilled offering,” he added.
