Here are 15 new ice cream products that you need in your shop’s freezer this summer.

Corenetto New Cornetto Choc ‘n’ Ball, RRP £1.75, has launched exclusively into the out of home channel to tap into the growth of the snacking market, while Cheesecake Glory has joined the Cornetto Premium range, RRP £1.50, targeting 16-25 year olds. It is also available in a four-pack, RRP £2.49.
KitKat R&R Ice Cream has added a KitKat ice cream cone to its Nestlé range. It will capitalise on the popularity of the cones sector, which is valued at £74.8m and experienced 3.9% growth last year
Magnum Magnum has launched a £13m marketing campaign to celebrate its 25th birthday. The campaign includes a TV ad, outdoor activity and a revamp of the range’s packaging. Unilever has launched limited edition Magnum
with Marc de Champagne
– a silver-coated ice cream that comes in singles, RRP £1.75, and multipacks, RRP £2.99. It has also brought back Magnum Gold and Magnum Pistachio, for a limited period.
Mars Mars Ice Cream is making the most of its sponsorship of the FA by running an on-pack promotion on singles and multipacks, giving away 500,000 official England football shirts. The promotion runs for the duration of the Fifa World Cup.
Oreo R&R Ice Cream is extending its Oreo ice cream line up with the addition of the Oreo Ice Cream Sandwich. The chocolate cookie-inspired
ice cream is the third line
in the range and is available in impulse, RRP £1.60,
and take-home formats,
RRP £2.99.
Ben & Jerry’s A raft of new lines have joined the Ben & Jerry’s portfolio. Greek Style Frozen Yogurt launched in March in Strawberry Shortcake, Vanilla Honey Caramel and Raspberry Chocolatey Chunk. They come in 500ml tubs, RRP £4.99, and 150ml tubs, RRP £1.68, and are backed by an £8m marketing campaign. Elsewhere, popular flavour Peanut Butter Cup has launched in a 150ml format, RRP £1.68, and for its Core range, All or Nut-ting is new for the market, RRP £4.99
Carte D’Or Carte D’Or Gelateria is available in five flavours – Crema di Mascarpone, Chocolate Inspiration, Eton Mess, Salted Caramel and Caffe Latte – in a 900ml tub, RRP £3.89. Retailers that offer scooping ice cream can also get three new Carte D’Or flavours – Bubblegum, Haribo and
Greek Yoghurt
Losely Ice Cream Premium ice cream Losely rolls out new 180ml tubs this month in six flavours – Luxury Vanilla, Belgian Choc Truffle, Honey & Stem Ginger, Treacle Toffee, Eton Mess
and Luxury Strawberry,

Protein First The new vitamin and mineral-packed ice creams are available in Vanilla, Strawberry and Chocolate & Hazelnut flavours in 150ml tubs.
Irn-Bru The first official Irn-Bru ice cream lollies launched earlier this year. They are available as single serve 100ml lollies in non-price-marked and £1.19 PMPs, and 3 x100ml packs.
Solero Inspired by one of the most famous cocktails in the world, Solero Mojito has entered the market to specifically target the adult ice cream consumers. It comes in singles, RRP £1.20 and three-packs, RRP £2.49
Calippo A new Bubblegum flavour is aimed at kids this summer. It has an RRP of 90p
Jelly Belly Beechdean has launched two impulse ice lollies inspired by the flavours of Jelly Belly jelly beans. The 80ml Bubble Gum and Orange lollies have an RRP of 80p
Mr Freeze Mr Freeze has launched a limited edition bulk box containing Blue Raspberry and Cola freezepops. The pack contains 80x90ml freezepops and is intended as a top up box for independent retailers who already buy the bulk packs containing the four classic Mr Freeze flavours.
The Simpsons Tying in with the 25th anniversary of The Simpsons, Beechdean Ice Cream Group has introduced 85ml ice cream split lollies to the market in Raspberry and Strawberry flavours, RRP 90p.
