A selection of summer recipes are available on Spar’s website to inspire mums and kids.
Spar said the recipes will encourage consumers to visit Spar stores where they can pick up all the ingredients they need.
The activity forms part of its #HappyDays summer campaign, which allows customers to enter competitions on its digital channels.
Shoppers can also sign up to Spar’s e-newsletter between now and August 12 to win £50-off Haven summer breaks.
