Silk Cut is giving retailers a window of opportunity by launching limited-edition Crystal Cut Glass packs.
The packs have an RRP of £9.61 and are available to convenience retailers to stock for the next four weeks.
The design uses holographic printing to show five crystal cut glass pattern designs.
Jeremy Blackburn, JTI head of communications, said the packs are the latest in a line of limited editions. “The crystal cut glass limited-edition packs continue this proud tradition and provide retailers with an opportunity to maximise profits from the premium segment,” he added.
From this week, manufacturers must stop producing branded packs of cigarettes, as well as packs of cigarettes smaller than 20, as the EU Tobacco Products Directive 2 comes into force. Retailers may sell non-compliant packs until May 20, 2017.
