Over the course of six weeks, Better Retailing and Retail Express worked with Scandinavian Tobacco Group to introduce RYO brand Salsa into the stores of two leading retailers. STG UK key account manager Tom Lewis visited Harry Goraya’s Nisa Local in Gravesend and Bintesh Amin’s Londis in Blean, Canterbury to talk about how RYO is an opportunity not to be missed – and Salsa should form a key part of any sales mix.
In this video we show how Tom and the STG UK team went about introducing Salsa into the stores and how, six weeks later, both stores reaped the benefits with sales increases across the RYO category of between 18 and 28%.
