RN’s 30 under Thirty: 2023 Winners Announced

The 30 under Thirty project returns as we introduce the winners in 2023

New names, new stores, new ideas. This is RN’s 30 under 30. Now in its third year of highlighting young achievers in convenience retailing, 2023’s exciting profiles of store owners, managers and team members are a blueprint for building a better store. Nearly all showcase incredible sales and profit growth driven by novel ideas. Their made-in-store pickle kits, importing of smash-hit lines found nowhere else in the UK, clever cost savings and ingenious use of foodservice equipment showcase what the convenience sector can expect in years to come.

Congratulations to this year’s winners, and the communities lucky enough to be served by them.

How lovely to have such a lot of talent across the sector. I’m guessing there were a lot more who came close as well.
Congratulations!
