The 2022 30 Under Thirty winners range in seniority and experience. Some work in stores owned by others; others are stores managers or store owners themselves. Some have been championed for the work they are doing in a specific area of the store, be it technology, customer service, product sourcing or team management. Others have transformed or improved the entirety of the store’s offer and market position. Some of our winners are industry stalwarts, continuing to lead the way in this competitive and exciting industry, with a few running multiple businesses already. Others are newer to the industry, with many taking on their first store and taking it to dizzying new heights or turning the fortunes of a failing business around with reinvigorating enterprise and innovative ideas, products and actions.
There are retailers driving the home delivery dream onwards, championing local suppliers and products, investing in the latest technologies and setting the trends for the latest must-stock products. They are engaging with their local communities, interacting and driving traffic online and leading the way in terms of product and offer innovation. And these men and women are seeing their efforts rewarded with higher customer footfall, increased basket spend and growing profits and sales. Cheers to our 2022 winners of the 30 Under thirty Awards.
