EPoS provider Reposs has launched a reward voucher function that enables retailers to run tailored promotions for different customers in their stores.
The company’s managing director, Paul Lansdale, said: “The idea came from how the supermarkets create vouchers to target different customers.
“The retailer can tell the system to create promotions such as 5% off over a bank holiday.
“It prints it out for the customer, and it is customisable by the store owner. [The reward vouchers] give a bit of power back to the independent retailer.”
