Retailers can appeal to cash-conscious tobacco shoppers from this month with Swan’s new product.
Swan Kingsize Cigarette Tubes are designed to help consumers roll cigarettes conveniently. Swan Kingsize Cigarette Tubes come in packs of 100 and 200 in standard and menthol versions.
They can be used with the Swan Tubing Machine, RRP £3.64, which is filled with tobacco to load the tubes.
Gavin Anderson, general sales manager for Republic Technologies, said the tubes could help consumers save a third compared to buying cigarettes.
“We’re giving consumers a cost-effective way to roll their own while providing retailers with an additional opportunity to signpost the tobacco category in store,” he added.
