Nisa Local welcomed by regenerated West London neighbourhood

West London retailer Ravi Kaushal has celebrated the opening of his new Nisa Local store in a neighbourhood undergoing a regeneration.

The store in Copley Close, Ealing opened two weeks ago after Mr Kaushal was approached by the local council, who were searching for a retailer to provide a good quality store.

“I was very proud of being approached, if someone gives you that opportunity you take it,” he said. Mr Kaushal was about to retire but says he is glad he took on the challenge.  

“The people here are a real community. I want to contribute to that by installing an Oyster card top-up facility in store, following feedback from customers.”
