Quaker Oat So Simple runs store makeover competition

Quaker Oat So Simple is giving convenience retailers the chance to win a “winter wonderland” store makeover.

With temperatures dropping and hot cereal sales on the increase, the winning retailer will have their store transformed to attract shoppers for the winter season.

“We know that winter is a key time for the hot cereal segment, with consumers seeking a comforting, warming breakfast option,” said Duncan McKay, Quaker marketing manager. “This latest activity will drive consumers in to the winning store with exciting in-store theatre, giving the winning retailer a fantastic opportunity to drive sales.”

Quaker said Oats So Simple pots have delivered 37% of total hot cereals growth in the last three years.

To help retailers drive incremental sales in hot cereal products, Quaker recently launched new price-marked packs for Quaker Oat So Simple pots.

They come in golden syrup and original flavours, RRP 99p, along with the So Simple sachets, also in original and golden syrup flavours, RRP £1.50.
