Quaker gives Connolly Spar a festive makeover

Quaker Oat So Simple transformed Connolly Spar in Tidworth, Wiltshire, into a winter wonderland last week.

The porridge brand gave convenience retailers an opportunity to win a store makeover to boost their hot breakfast sales. The competition highlighted the new price-marked Quaker products and offered samples to the hundreds of locals who came to the store.

Matt Goddard, field sales director at PepsiCo, said: “By giving this store the opportunity to create excitement in the local area with Quaker Oats, the awareness of the new PMP Quaker Oat So Simple Pots and Sachets was accelerated, along with helping the store engage with their community.”

The store was decorated with Quake PoS materials, Christmas tree, snow machine, winter archway and more.

Quaker Oat So Simple Pots delivered 37% of total hot cereals growth in the past three years.
