The brand is also introducing Carbon Trust certified footprint data for 60% of its top-selling products on its website, enabling consumers to compare their food choices. This data will be rolled out on its packaging later this year.
Alex Glen, Quorn Foods marketing director, said with more than a quarter of global emissions coming from food, it’s important to enable consumers to focus on how food choices impact climate change.
“Quorn is attracting new shoppers to the meat-free category. We are helping retailers meet the needs of the 64% of consumers who want to protect the planet for future generations.”
