Nisa reorganises sales and retail team with new key accounts head

Nisa has named Andrew Rutter as its new head of key accounts

Nisa has appointed Andrew Rutter to the role of head of key accounts within its sales and retail team.

Rutter has more than 25 years’ experience in independent retail and wholesale, and has been a part of Nisa since 2012. He initially joined as head of retail development, before taking on a role as regional manager, overseeing support for 700-plus independent Nisa stores.

In the new role, Rutter will oversee the strategic management of key accounts within Nisa’s portfolio. His responsibilities will include fostering strong relationships with key partners, enhancing service delivery, and defining a five-year sales strategy aimed at driving profitable growth and deepening retailer loyalty.

He also plans to ensure the full range of Nisa and Co-op propositions is effectively deployed within customers’ estates, as to deliver maximum benefit for both partners and Nisa.
