Nisa retailer Paul Cheema (right) has highlighted the impact of retail crime on the 8 October broadcast of Channel 4’s Dispatches.
West Midlands retailer Cheema told the programme about the loss of £25,000 following robberies in his shop since February.
Speaking to RN after the broadcast, he said: “I’ve had no police communication since the programme aired.” Responding to Cheema’s concerns, West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner David Jamieson said: “I will continue to call on the government for increased funding.”
