Nisa appoints Brogan Cook as delivery lead

Nisa said Cook "will be instrumental in the delivery of new accounts into Nisa"

Nisa has appointed former Morrison’s head of convenience Brogan Cook as its new delivery lead, as the firm says it is targeting “expansion into new markets”.

Cook has been in post since the beginning of February, and a Nisa press release said Cook’s role will involve “corporate customer projects for the wholesale arm of Co-op”, as well as “leading Nisa’s delivery plans and ensuring successful execution across multiple sites”.

The appointment is the latest in a series of recent changes to Nisa’s senior leadership. The company’s managing director Peter Batt and commercial director Ayaz Alam left the business in December, less than a fortnight after Andrew Rutter was named head of key accounts within its sales and retail team.

Nisa said in its press release: “Sitting as part of Katie Secretan’s Retail and Sales leadership team, Brogan brings over a decade of experience in retail leadership and will be instrumental in the delivery of new accounts into Nisa, as the business looks to propel its growth and expansion into new markets.”

“We’re at a pivotal moment for our Co-op’s wholesale business, with ambitious growth targets in place,” said Nisa’s director of sales and retail, Katy Secretan. “Brogan’s proven track record in convenience and franchise operations, as well as her strategic leadership will be invaluable as we continue to deliver growth with our partners.”
