The NFRN has created a poster to remind customers to wear a face mask while shopping in stores in Scotland.
The Scottish government ruled that using face coverings in shops would be mandatory from 10 July in a bid to reduce the spread of coronavirus transmission. The ruling only gives exemptions to people with certain medical conditions and children under five years old.
Posters can be downloaded from the NFRN website in either full colour or black & white.

NFRN national president Stuart Reddish said the face mask poster had been created in an effort to ensure its members in Scotland, their employees and customers remain safe – and within the law – throughout the coronavirus pandemic.
“The NFRN encourages all Scottish members to download and use the poster within their stores to avoid any confusion among members of the public, who may be unaware of the new law,” he said.
“Furthermore, some of our members in England, Wales and Northern Ireland have decided to make face masks mandatory within their stores due to their personal circumstances.”
