Npower has agreed to pay £3.5m to help “vulnerable customers” at the conclusion of an investigation into the energy giant’s sales by Ofgem. The regulator had been looking into doorstep and phone sales by Npower, which Ofgem agreed had now fully addressed problems with its sales processes.
