NatWest has launched a loyalty scheme to encourage repeated visits to independent shops, including convenience stores.
The ‘Tyl’ smartphone app enables retailers with NatWest to set up a reward scheme for their shop. They can set their own rewards, such as redeemable points for every £1 spent. Customers must have the Tyl app to use the scheme.
Tyl CEO Mike Elliff said: “Support of local businesses will play a huge role in the recovery of the economy, so we hope Tyl Rewards will give local businesses the ability to reward their regulars.”
