Mondelez International has announced the return of its Gooless Egg promotion, exclusively available to independent retailers.
Each day, one winner will unwrap a Creme Egg without any filling, winning up to £1,000. Retailers that sell a winning egg will win either Mondelez stock or Love To Shop vouchers.
The campaign, which kicks off on January 1, will be supported by PoS.
Susan Nash, trade communications manager at Mondelez International, said: “The success of our Gooless promotion in 2014 shows that independent retailers have a big opportunity to maximise Cadbury Creme Egg sales in 2015. Retailers should take advantage of PoS to catch consumers’ eyes and drive impulse sales.”
The brand also announced several new products for next year’s Easter period, including Cadbury Dairy Milk Freddo Sprinkles, Bassetts Jelly Bunnies and a new Miniature Heroes shell egg.
