Mondelez launches non-HFSS Belvita lines

Fruit Crunch set to launch in September

Mondelez International has expanded its Belvita breakfast biscuit brand with the launch of three new non-HFSS lines.

The supplier is set to launch Belvita Fruit Crunch in Raisin & Currant and Apple & Pear varieties in September. Each Fruit Crunch bar contains fewer than 100 calories.

It has also expanded the Belvita Soft Bakes range with a Filled Apricot variety. All of the new launches have an RRP of £2.99.

Amy Lucas, brand manager for Belvita at Mondelez, said: “These latest tasty additions to the growing Belvita range are set to offer shoppers exciting, healthier options for their morning to mid-afternoon snack, driving incremental sales for retailers.

“We know there is a real opportunity for retailers to drive interest and grow sales at both the morning and afternoon snacking occasions now that consumers’ routines have returned to normal, so the new Fruit Crunch and Filled Apricot biscuits will be a delicious snack for them to enjoy at home or on the move.”
