Pladis is launching a new Salted Caramel variant of its popular McVitie’s Club range.
The launch marks the first new Club variant in more than a decade. Club Salted Caramel will joined established lines Club Mint and Club Orange, which are worth £25.3m in total retail.
It is rolling out now across convenience and wholesale, available in packs of seven or eight individually wrapped biscuits with respective RRPs of £1 and £1.70.

“Over the past couple of years, sales of chocolate biscuit bars have boomed by 11.5% with more Brits rediscovering the pleasure of tucking into a sweet treat alongside a cuppa,” said David Titman, marketing director for McVitie’s at Pladis UK&I. “Our Club brand – which has been a chocolate biscuit bar favourite for over 100 years – played a huge part in driving this growth and remains one of the most popular choices for shoppers.
