With 78% of shoppers buying Easter chocolate as a gift or to share, Mars Chocolate is treating retailers with new Galaxy Golden Eggs.

Available in 80g bags and large egg formats, RRP £1.30 and £5.29 respectively, Galaxy Golden Eggs are Galaxy chocolate and caramel pieces rolled in gold.

Bep Dhaliwal, trade communications manager for Mars Chocolate, said: “With sharing occasions set to boost Easter sales this year, we recommend retailers stock up on new products like Galaxy Golden Eggs in order to capitalise on the trend.”

Mars Chocolate will also see a raft of products return for its Easter range, including its Malteaster Bunny single, RRP 62p, Malteaster Mini Bunnies, RRP £1.29, and Galaxy Bubbles Filled Egg, RRP 44p.
