Multiples have an opportunity be more competitive with independent retailers by purchasing vacant Majestic Wines sites, according to commercial property expert Christie & Co.
Reports claim the struggling off-licence chain has hired bankers to help with the sale of its 200 sites across the UK.

“The average size is 4,000sq ft, and they’re in major cities, on sites with car parks. They’re designed for customers who will make bulk purchases in one visit,” he said.
