KP Snacks’ SnacKPartners initiative has now rolled out to more than 150 independent convenience stores.
Over the past six weeks KP Snacks has visited stores offering planograms and advice on the crisps and snacks category. The initiative has increased crisps, snacks and nuts sales by an average of 40% in participating stores.
Matt Collins, convenience trading controller at KP Snacks, said convenience is a priority channel for the crisps, snacks and nuts category.
“Through our SnacKPartners programme we’re able to show retailers how making just a few simple changes in store can result in significant sales,” he added.
KP Snacks also recently launched a 45g grab bag, RRP 55p, for Space Raiders to appeal to customers who are seeking bigger portions.
