Convenience retailers can boost snack sales this summer as Kettle unveils this year's summer limited-edition flavour, Goats' Cheese & Balsamic Onion.
Available in 150g bags, RRP £1.99, the launch replaces the brand's winter Baked Camembert & Oak Smoked Garlic flavour.
Kettle is urging retailers to stock in picnic or barbecue displays to increase sales.
Andy Verney, Kettle Foods head of impulse, said the launch will give a seasonal boost to core range sales this summer.
"Kettle can capitalise on consumer trends towards better quality snacking options and the continuing popularity of entertaining at home," he said.
The flavour was picked by a consumer panel that attracted more than 800 votes. Goats Cheese & Balsamic Onion received almost one third of the votes cast.
Kettle is growing by 10.2% year on year within convenience stores, with its sharing bags growing by 13.1%.
