Rapid home delivery company Jiffy has closed its dark sites and face-to-face delivery arm.
In a statement made two weeks ago, the company’s CEO said it would be focusing its efforts on becoming a delivery software company. The news comes just after a year the rapid grocer first launched, offering delivery within 20 minutes from 14 dark sites across London.

Jiffy was the first of its rivals to launch an own-label range, click & collect, bakeries within dark sites, and as recently as last week, hot pizza delivery.
The news came in the same week that rapid grocer start-up Gopuff announced it had appointed former Disney CEO Bog Iger as an investor and advisor.
