The Jack’s own label range is now available to more Booker symbol retailers following the addition of Premier stores in September.
Several of the symbol group’s retailers confirmed to Better Retailing they were now able to access the brand, named after Tesco’s discounter format launched in 2018.
The range, which was initially available to Londis, Budgens and One Stop retailers last year, had been trialled in some Premier stores before the wider rollout. One Premier retailer, who asked not to be named, said: “It’s a really good range which offers decent value to our customers. It sits nicely alongside Booker’s other own label brands.
“Each symbol group can only access a certain part of the whole range, but what we’re getting is good. There’s a wide range of chilled products, such as pizzas.”
Booker has been approached for comment.
