InPost doubles parcel volumes to 93.2 million

Its UK network now includes 12,200 Out Of Home points

InPost’s parcel volumes have surged to 93.2 million, doubling from previous figures, while its UK network has grown by 54% year-on-year, according to the company’s year-end financial results.

The UK network now includes 12,200 Out Of Home (OOH) points—locations or services outside of the home where customers can pick up or drop off packages—including 9,300 lockers. This makes InPost the UK’s leading automated parcel machine network.

InPost and PayPoint stores to benefit from Yodel deal

Rafal Brzoska, founder and CEO of InPost Group, said: “We’re proud to deliver another strong set of results for 2024. At the Group level, InPost delivered a record-breaking year in terms of volumes, revenues, and adjusted EBITDA.

“We continue to make excellent progress in expanding our out-of-home (OOH) network across Europe, with 15,000 more OOH points and 1,100 more lockers at the end of Q4 2024 compared to the same time in 2023.”

It was reported last week that InPost is set to take control of delivery provider Yodel. Yodel is said to be losing an estimated £1m per week, with InPost reportedly investing £35m into the provider to help keep it afloat. According to City sources, in exchange for the cash injection, InPost is understood to have an option to purchase Yodel, which can be triggered next month.
