One Stop is to improve home delivery services in stores through a partnership struck with technology specialist Deliverect.
The deal will allow stores with multiple delivery providers to manage their service from one device. It will be rolled out initially to company owned stores, followed by franchisees at a later date.

One Stop head of online Tim Josephs said: “We are currently integrating Deliverect into our EPoS system. We believe that this will provide stores with a simplified process allowing them to manage multiple delivery partner services within their store. This will initially be rolled out to our company owned stores and at a later date this will also be offered to our franchises.
“Deliverect allows us to manage more tasks centrally helping to save time for our store colleagues and franchises. This means order picking will become more efficient, menu availability can be managed more effectively and we can generate menus all in one place. Another added benefit is that we’re able to gain greater insights from each specific store, allowing us to continually improve our offer and the performance of each store in their online offering.”
