Andrew impressed the judges with both the number and the creativity of the initiatives he runs. He has multiple loyalty schemes, cross-markets his store with a local takeaway and through posting about his free-from range, managed to pull customers from multiples to his store. Andrew is constantly looking to improve, and engages with shoppers to work out the best ways to do so.
