Dennis has a robust customer service training programme that he constantly updates based on suggestions from his staff and customers. He empowers his team to take responsibility, meaning when a vulnerable woman was buying a lot of scratch cards they agreed on a daily limit with her care home. Dennis continually goes above and beyond, storing a vulnerable customer’s money to prevent them from being robbed and inviting an elderly customer over for Christmas day so they wouldn’t be on their own.
