The Channel 4 series Undercover Boss takes business owners around to some of their company’s sites to meet managers and employees to discover the challenges that they face.
There are some fascinating episodes available on their website. An episode in series 3 features the boss of Poundworld, Martin Birks, discovering why some of the store’s are underperforming. He meets some unsettled and unhappy staff and aims to find out how the company can get back on track.
