Game on for Heineken

Glasgow 2014 has appointed Heineken official beer and cider provider for the Commonwealth Games.

The supplier will join the Glasgow 2014 sponsor family, providing Heineken beer and Bulmers cider to spectators at licensed bars in official competition venues.

John Gemmell, Heineken trading director for Scotland and the north east, said: “For adult Games visitors, the opportunity to enjoy a cold beer or cider while watching world-class sport, or with a meal, will add to the quality service offering and choices available at venues.”
