The special 114g packs of Galaxy Milk, Honeycomb and Cookie Crumble are available now and are being supported by three celebrity ambassadors – Mollie King, singer from The Saturdays, music and TV personality Alesha Dixon, and Victoria Pendleton, world and Olympic cycling champion.

Galaxy owner Mars Chocolate will donate 5p from every special pack and every red flash-marked pack to raise money to help prevent the transmission of HIV from mothers to their babies. The promotion is expected to raise £750,000 for the charity.

The confectioner will support the partnership with a marketing campaign, including digital and outdoor ads, social media and PR, and PoS featuring the celebrities to drive interest in-store.

Tony Lorman, Mars retail excellence director, said: “From teenagers to mothers, our celebrity ambassadors have a very broad appeal, so we are urging retailers to stock up and use the available PoS to drive consumers to buy the exclusive packs.”
