Slush machine company Frozen Brothers is refusing to address complaints over missing machines and order mix-ups.
The firm is responsible for supplying Tango Ice Blast and Coca-Cola Frozen to convenience. However, in May, several retailers accused it of leaving them “high and dry” with “unfulfilled orders”, despite upfront payments.
Last week, a retailer said a replacement machine arrived with no prearranged discussion, and broke down “moments after delivery”.
Frozen Brothers failed to answer Better Retailing’s questions about the firm’s customer service.
