Retailers can drive fresh vegetable sales at Florette launches a Beetroot pouch, which will be available from Nisa in November.
The resealable fridge pack contains peeled and steamed beetroot, which is ready to eat.
Elsa Deshiere, Florette brand manager, said the pack is the first of a number of new products that will be coming soon from the brand.
“Our research indicated that a big turn off for consumers when faced with using beetroot is the mess and hassle associated with its packaging,” she added.
