With Christmas approaching, Ferrero has announced its seasonal activity for this year across its brands.
Kinder Surprise is introducing a winter display pack of 48, RRP 86p each, which can be placed on the counter to drive impulse sales. For sharing bags, it is launching Kinder Chocolate Happy, RRP £2, which contains 12 individually wrapped Kinder Chocolates in seasonal shapes.
Kinder Bueno is also set to launch an on-pack promotion in September that gives customers a chance to win one of 10 fashion prizes every day.
Running for 13 weeks, the promotion is available on 19million singles and multipacks of Kinder Bueno Classic and White.
For premium gifts, Ferrero is launching a bigger version of the Ferrero Grand Rocher. The 240g, packs, RRP £8.99, contain four individually wrapped Ferrero Rochers.
Levi Boorer, customer development director for Ferrero, said: “To ensure Ferrero Rocher, Ferrero Collection and Raffaello are completely unmissable this year in the lead up to Christmas we’ll be launching three campaigns for the brands totalling a
£3.6m investment.”
Ferrero Rocher will be backed by TV and video on demand advertising, as well as sampling from November 9 and TV ads for Ferrero Collection will be launched on December 7 for a total of three weeks.
