The retail organisation was awarded Best Association/Supplier Partnership, for its work with PayPoint’s Park Super Agents, and its business development manager Nathan Hall won the Rising Star award.
The ceremony in its 21st year, took place on 22 February in London.
The Fed’s Safe, Secure, Supported campaign, which calls on the government to give grants of £1,500 to enable independent retailers to build up their security systems, was shortlisted in the Media Campaign of the Year category.
Fed president Muntazir Dipoti said: “I am thrilled and proud that the Fed has won two such prestigious awards and was shortlisted for a third. This is testament to the hard work, passion and dedication that everyone at the Fed brings day in, day out.
“A special congratulations to Nathan for his outstanding achievement in winning the Rising Star award. It is great to see his dedication, creativity and commitment has been recognised nationally.”
Steve O’Neill, PayPoint’s corporate affairs and marketing director, said: “This win is a culmination of all the hard work and collaboration between PayPoint and the Fed in the last year. Working together, we’ve launched another opportunity to earn for Fed members and expanded another important service that helps over 350,000 families to spread the cost of Christmas every year, by allowing them to manage their household budgets better through the rising costs of living and boost their spending power through regular offers and discounts.”
TAF chief executive and panel judge Emily Wallace said: “The partnership between PayPoint and the Fed is an example of a brilliantly executed win-win. The judges loved how the Fed and PayPoint had worked together and supported each other to deliver success and were impressed by the immediate results that it had brought in membership growth.”
