Nisa has achieved record attendance from partners for its annual retailer conference this year.
The conference on 19 and 20 October, which was held online for the first time as a result of lockdown restrictions, attracted more than 1,000 retailers. According to the symbol group, the attendance number was higher than the previous expos held in Stoneleigh, Warwickshire in the last three years.
As well as having panel discussions with retailers and category advice presentations, store owners were also able to book one to one online meetings with suppliers. In total, retailers logged onto the conference 8,190 times, with the average user joining four times and spending 110 minutes online.
There were also 189 supplier stands, which received 24,629 visits. More than 2,200 video appointments were made with suppliers, totalling a combined 280 hours.
