Delice de France launches new coffee-to-go concept

Retailers selling 35 cups daily can earn up to 40% margins

Delice de France is launching a new coffee-to-go concept, Café Delice, designed to help retailers selling 35 cups a day achieve margins of up to 40%.

Café Delice is a monthly rental hot drinks concept that includes a fully automatic bean-to-cup machine, a linked milk cooler, a branded housing unit, and a menu that includes both product and waste storage areas.

Retailers can earn the 40% margin by following Delice de France’s suggested retail price of £2.75 for a regular 12oz latte.

This margin accounts for the cost of the coffee and monthly rental, with rental options starting from £360 per month. Based on a forecast of 35 cups per day, retailers could generate more than £10,000 annually.

Delice de France has partnered with Modern Standard for its coffee beans and Clipper for its range of teas.

Thierry Cacaly, CEO of Delice de France, said: “With Café Delice, we have a reliable and strong brand that offers our partners lucrative margins and completes their to-go offer.

“Through our partnership with Modern Standard, we are offering the quality that consumers expect at a price point that will ensure our partners can be competitive.”
