Cocktail hour at WKD

SHS Drinks is relaunching its WKD 10 x 275ml pack as the ‘Mix It Up’ cocktail-themed collection.

This is to build on the growing trend for consumers to use RTDs to make cocktails at home. 

Available from mid-July, the Mix It Up 10-pack design features four WKD cocktail recipes printed on the packaging, along with graphics saying ‘Just add mates’.

The packs include two 275ml bottles each of WKD Blue, Red, Iron Brew, Green, and limited edition Brazilian, and the first production run includes a free cocktail recipe booklet as well as a £1 voucher off a future mixed-pack purchase.

Debs Carter, marketing director for alcohol at SHS Drinks, said: “These sharing cocktails are ideal for group occasions. They are quick and easy to make, add a dash of colour to the proceedings and are a fun talking point.

“They are sure to be a hit with consumers and will help retailers maximise take-home cocktail sales.”
