Haribo is hoping to score sweeter sales this summer with the launch of its Football Mix.
The football-themed jellies come in red and white packaging and are available for a limited period. The product’s launch this year follows a hugely successful sales period in 2010 for the last World Cup, where the product pulled in £3m.
Available in 220g £1 price-marked bags, Football Mix comes in a shelf-ready carton so retailers can easily place the product on-shelf.
Haribo marketing manager, Katy Clark said: “We’ve created the perfect treat for a summer of football. It looks great on shelf too, making it a popular choice for retailers who are looking to benefit from impulse sales through themed displays.”
