Budweiser launches PMP pint cans and 10-packs of Budweiser and Stella Artois

10-packs of beer have grown in value by over £150m in the last year

Budweiser UK has launched price-marked single cans and 10-packs of its Stella Artois and Budweiser lager brands.

The new price-marked 568ml cans of Budweiser and Stella Artois have respective RRPs of £1.89 and £1.99, while the 10x440ml Stella Artois is priced at £11.49.

Available from 24 May, the product launches come off the back of growing shopper preferences for these formats.

In the last year, 10-packs have grown in value by £152.4m in the off-trade, with £32.8m of that growth coming in just the last 12 weeks.

Jessica Markowski, convenience sales director at Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I, said: “We’re happy to be expanding our price-marked packs range across two of our best-selling and most famous beers. Joining our existing range of price-marked products, the launch of the price-marked single cans and 10 packs allows us to meet customer demand, and broadens consumer choice.

“As lockdown restrictions lift, the at-home occasion continues to be strong growth driver. Being able to bolster our priced-marked line-up at this time enables our customers to boost profit margins by capitalising on this consumer trend.”
