Britvic is planning on brightening up summer soft drink sales with the launch of a ‘Taste of summer’ promo.
The campaign runs throughout June and July, and is designed to increase visibility and drive impulse purchases of Lipton Ice Tea, Drench Juicy Spring Water, 7UP Free and Tango.
Distinctive ‘Taste of summer’ PoS – including free-standing display units, chiller tools and posters – is available to retailers now. All of the promoted brands are also available in PMPs to drive increased interest from shoppers.
Jonathan Gatward, Britvic Soft Drinks GB marketing director, said: “Our latest cross-portfolio activity continues to demonstrate our commitment to the convenience and impulse channel, ensuring retailers are making the most of the on-the-go soft drinks opportunity.”
Meanwhile, Britvic has launched a limited-edition citrus flavour for Tango to energise the fruit carbonates category in the convenience channel.
Available until the end of the year, Tango Aargh Citrus comes in 2l, 600ml, 330ml and 6x330ml in both standard and PMPs. It is being backed by a PR, experiential, outdoor and social media campaign, as well as in-store PoS.
