1. Look beyond the multiples
Linda looks at her local high street to see what other stores she is competing with and adapts her stock to fulfil the needs of her customers.
2. Invest in an ATM
As soon as Linda brought in a free ATM into her store she, benefited from an uplift in footfall and sales.
3. Communicate with your customers about changes
An overhead gantry was installed in August and she’s tried to inform her customers about the new legislation so it doesn’t affect her sales.
