- Be disruptive: Throughout the store is imaginative and branded signage including Sunjit’s Signature Wines and special Smirnoff fridges. It engages customers and draws them to displays.
- A proper pint: The couple’s ale sales increased by 150% since re-merchandising the sector and introducing a three-for-£5 deal. “It is a genuinely good deal for a quality product,” Sunjit says.
