Yazoo launches retailer competition in wholesalers

Running in Booker, Bestway and Unitas, the competition offers flight and hotel credit to five winners, while 200 more winners can get five free cases of Yazoo stock

Yazoo has launched a new out-of-home competition for retailers offering flight credit and free stock.

Running now until 13 October 2024, the competition offers flight and hotel credit to five winners, while 200 more winners can get five free cases of Yazoo stock.

To enter, retailers need to buy any four cases of Yazoo 400ml £1.29 PMP or Yazoo Thick N’ Creamy 300ml standard pack in Booker, Bestway and Unitas depots.

They can then scan the QR code on in-depot competition PoS, enter their details and provide proof of purchase. Retailers can also enter as many times as they like.

Gabriella Sudall, marketing manager at FrieslandCampina, said: “Wholesale has always been our heartland here at YAZOO, and we are thrilled to be able to give something back with these incredible prizes. Our core 400ml PMP SKU, which is comprised of Chocolate, Strawberry, Banana, and Vanilla, performs exceptionally well across out-of-home channels, as it’s perfectly positioned to cater to the growing food-to-go mission.

The supplier is supporting the competition with £150,000 in marketing support, in the form of in-depot PoS, PoS kits, van sales, presence on wholesaler websites and advertising in the Shopt app.
