Ice cream brand Oppo Brothers has added to its roster of low-calorie ice creams with the launch of Oppo Refreshed, a vegan ice cream sorbet range.

The range is launching in Sicilian Lemon & Strawberry, Alphonso Mango & Passionfruit and Raspberry Coulis Swirl varieties. Each variety is available in a pack of three at a £3.75 RRP, with 49 calories per stick.

Oppo Refreshed also has an A rating on the Nutri-Score nutritional labelling system.

Wall’s launches Haribo Push Up ice cream and Twister Mallow

Convenience retailers will be able to order the range directly from distributor On the Rocks.

Oppo’s founder Harry Thuillier said: “So far, ice cream treats have either been refreshing or indulgent. Water ices are great but don’t cut it when you’re looking to treat yourself. Chocolate covered sticks deliver on the indulgence but lack refreshment.

“We’ve smashed both sides of the category together to deliver a totally new experience. With summers getting hotter, finally here’s a treat that’s both refreshing and indulgent, and happens to have fewer calories too.”
